1. 14-ounce package of regular Oreos,  plus mini Oreos to garnish if desired
2. Butter
3. Vanilla
4. Sour Cream
5. Powdered sugar
6. 20 ounces cream cheese
7. Chocolate chips, 2 cups regular, 1/2 cup mini 
8. Heavy Cream
